Organizational Change:

Co-authored and facilitated a “Navigating Change” program for a leading consumer electronics organization faced with severe competitive challenges as it looked to assist its workforce in understanding and accepting the need for change. Using the Kotter Model as a foundation, the program focused on the steps necessary for a successful implementation, how to address and overcome resistance, and the changing roles leaders and employees were expected to take to drive changes in the organization

Led an Organizational Change Management workstream (including communications) for a $60 million, cross-franchise project delivering a state-of-the-art Quality Lifecycle Management System for a leading medical device/pharmaceutical organization

Delivered and executed the survey design and the executive summary presentation and recommendations for key Quality-function stakeholders of a mid-size medical device organization

Wrote and executed the People Transition Plan, including the creation of the Re-Welcome booklet for all employees and the Manager Discussion Guide with FAQ’s, supporting the company-wide transformation of the IT Infrastructure group at a large financial services organization

- 360 Survey Development and Feedback:
- Work with clients in the pharmaceutical, financial services, hospitality and medical industries to develop effective 360 surveys, interpret results and create pro-active and results driven Development Action Plans
- Program Design and Delivery:
- New Leader On-boarding and Team Building programs for global pharmaceutical and chemical companies
- Created and delivered a two-part program, “Effective Feedback: How to Accept and Deliver Constructive Feedback” for both managers and staff at a global chemical/manufacturing organization to address Employee Engagement survey results
- Developed and delivered “Effective Presentations” and “Negotiating Skills” programs for an insurance underwriting group
- Program Facilitation:
- Facilitated a strategy development workshop for the newly appointed functional head and team at a global pharmaceutical company to ensure alignment with the organization’s transformation goal
